I actually brought the wrong type of swaddle, I haven't actually used it yet.
I order the swaddle on Saturday it arrived on Wednesday

In mid December, I ordered, and promptly received, a couple of baby sleeping bags from the Baby Sleep Store. Unfortunately there was a fault with one of the sleeping bags which I only discovered 2 days before Christmas. So, I emailed customer service and, given the time of year, did not expect a response until the new year. However, to my surprise, Jason from the customer service team responded to my email immediately and agreed to replace the sleeping bag (with no questions asked). Jason also apologetically informed me that the particular sleeping bag that I had ordered was out of stock, but he promised to work with the supplier to provide me a replacement sleeping bag when the supplier reopened in the new year - and he did. Not only that, Jason was very helpful and kept me up to date as things progressed. Despite the issue with product, IMO the Baby Sleep Store offer great prices, speedy delivery and excellent customer service.
