Unfortunately the glass in the gift set was broken, despite the package clearly marked as fragile!
A quick email to advise of the damage with photos attached a very prompt reply and a replacement glass was received the next day, would definitely order again.

I was very happy to find Neat and Shaken...as a Canadian looking to send a gift to my best friend in England, I was ecstatic to find Dead Rabbit on your menu! We toured the Dublin Liberties Distillery in September.
It all fell into place. I would have given a 5 rating...but the shipment was delayed. But...it really worked out perfectly in the end. I would highly recommend the site and service, eh? Peace !
