"Very disappointed in customer service"

Very disappointed in customer service. I paid extra shipping fees to get my order by today. My order has not even left their warehouse. I checked fed-x tracking and all it says is “shipping label created.” I called Tackle Direct customer service and was told it left the building on the 7th and that it was a shipping company issue. This was not true. I get several Fed-x deliveries every week and fed-x’s tracking is pretty much up to the minute with delivery status. The bottom line is I paid for expedited service, didn’t get it and was lied to by the Tackle Direct customer service representative.

"Angry as HELL"

TWO-HUNDRED SEVENTY DOLLAR ORDER NOT RECEIVED. DISCOUNT TACKLE, on the other hand, always gets my order details CORRECT and my items are NEVER lost in shipping, UNLIKE TACKLE DIRECT. SHOP TACKLE DIRECT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! This has been my SECOND ATTEMPT in using TACKLE DIRECT services in almost six months! Save yourself the frustration and use DISCOUNT TACKLE, instead. Notice of delivery: "left at doorway". Next day received: "delivery delayed".
UPDATE:
TACKLE DIRECT immediately took action on my order and once completed; a representative from TACKLE DIRECT personally reached out to me to apologize and voice assurances that customer service is a major priority for them. It is only fair and responsible upon my part as a customer to provide an UPDATE of the corrective actions that were taken by the company in my regard. Thank You for your quick attention, corrective action, and reaching out to me personally, Tackle Direct.
