Having Shabana by my side throughout my pregnancy and birth of my baby was an absolute gift. From our very first meeting, I felt an immense sense of comfort and trust in her knowledge and experience.

Shabana provided invaluable support throughout my pregnancy. She was always available to answer my questions, no matter how big or small, and helped me navigate the often-confusing world of birthing options. She also offered wonderful resources and techniques to help me feel prepared and empowered for labour.

During labour, Shabana was an unwavering source of strength and encouragement. Her calm presence helped me stay focused and manage the pain. She also provided fantastic massage techniques and breathing exercises that made a world of difference. Shabana also advocated for my wishes and ensured I felt heard by the midwives and hospital staff.

Shabana continued to be a source of support after my baby arrived. She helped me with breastfeeding, offered tips on newborn care, and most importantly, provided a listening ear during those challenging early days.

I would highly recommend Shabana to any expecting parents looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and empowering doula. My husband and I have not stopped raving about her to anyone that will listen.

I had a great experience with Shabana as a doula. She was very helpful, encouraging and comforting. As this was my first baby, it was a new experience for me. Naturally, I was super nervous about going into labour and didn't understand or have knowledge of the process. Shabana is the best advocate and adviser you can have. Although I had 2 children before she was offering her amazing service, I didn't realise how much of a voice a good doula really could be. She makes sure the mother and baby are first priority, even when midwives may pressure you for procedures that aren't necessary. She is the most positive person I've met, who can really encourage you and make you believe in yourself and your abilities. Her breastfeeding advice has been invaluable and her home cooked remedies have been amazing healing post labour foods. Thank you so much. I wish I had you when I had my first baby.

Whilst looking for a doula, I was delighted to find Shabana as she is a very caring person who has a lot of empathy for others and is even able to make anyone feel at ease with her lovely sense of humour.

Shabana was always around whenever I needed her, via text or phone call which gave me a great deal of solace particularly at a time when I felt quite isolated.

I was particularly anxious about breastfeeding this time round as I had struggled to breastfeed my other 2 children so the support and information she provided were invaluable!

Shabana’s ‘can do’ attitude to carrying out mundane household chores was definitely a bonus. She did the ironing, washing up and even cooked a few meals for me. She also provided key nutritional information about how best to look after myself post-surgery.

Shabana is a true credit to her profession and I do not say this lightly!
