"Tried to hack my Facebook account...."
Tried to make an account with Klika to make a purchase and had a request from Facebook asking for a code to reset my password on behalf of Klika! Why would they need to reset my facebook password to make an account through them? Super dodgy, I would avoid at all costs and never link them to your accounts for anything to avoid being hacked.

"Terrible Delivery Service"
I have been waiting 4 weeks for a delivery. Today it is still under investigation with the carrier who have managed to locate 6 of the 20 parcels. Also, Klika have not as yet committed to when they will replace the missing order.
I would absolutely hesitate about buying anything from them again.

Before buying from Klika, read these reviews! On purchase, estimated delivery time (Sydney metro) was 2-5 days. Three weeks later, and still, we have no idea when our items will be arriving. Even taking into account COVID-related delays, this simply can't be explained. What's worse is the complete lack of communication re delivery. Most carriers will send text or email updates, but with Klika's carrier - Hunter Express - we get nothing. I have been phoning Klika's customer support daily to chase this, and they can never give me an answer as to when our items will arrive. I queried getting my money back. Their refund policy ensures this simply isn't an option. We have to pay to return the goods, and they charge a 30% re-shelving fee! In our case, this would be around $250!
Read these reviews before making any decisions. Can't comment on the product itself, because we still don't have it. Bitterly disappointed.

"Parts Missing - instructions woeful"
Parts Missing. Instructions are terrible. I have spent 2 days grapling with this and about to give up and go to bunnings and buy a different kit
klika sent a video, that did not deal with how to set up the garden shed. I have built before. Never have I had to give up. Like I have with this kit. Dont buy from them. I have now spend 5 days with this kit
