It still really feels like the buyer is getting penalised when creating THERE OWN bookings online and this company are one of the many.
-There's a booking fee PER PERSON
- there's a processing fee (which should be the same as the booking fee)
Then
- there's delivery and transaction costs (even though it'll probably be an online email ticket! )
All in all expect another £6.60 on top of the cost of 2 ticket tickets when making a booking, even though there has been no face to face or verbal contact regarding my booking and i input the information myself. Bloody cheek!

The pricing of tickets is dishonest. I was delighted to obtain four tickets for the gig, but 4 x £31 is £124. Charging me £163 is unjustified. Several different fees, variously levied, and charged to each ticket is simply profiteering.

Reason for 5 stars is I made a booking error and after emailing the Customer Services Team they were able to escalate and communicate a resolution to the issue very quickly even though it was my fault and technically they didn’t have to. Really fast comms all the way. This sort of service makes a huge positive difference to customer confidence and just makes life easier. Much appreciated. Don’t hesitate to use.
