Easy to order tickets on the website (ordered tickets for Dancing on Ice Tour). Email confirmation sent almost immediately. Now just waiting for my tickets to arrive.

Easy website to use and buy tickets directly from a venue rather than using an agency. However the downside was huge ticket fees added onto the initial ticket price and charging for an E-ticket.

But no cool off or refund. Ticketmaster did for a purchase before. Within 1 hour of purchase I emailed !
