Worst experience of my life. I wasn’t able to transfer my ticket over to the app from StubHub and all I got were automated emails from Eventim or my emails were ignored. The poor buyer never got to go to the show despite the WEEKS that I spent before the show trying to get the issue resolved. I don’t know who cried harder about it. Me or the buyer. Eventim should be ashamed of themselves. When people need customer service to help them, there is no one. Don’t even bother posting a lame “thanks for your feedback” response to this review. It’s all a bunch of bots and crooked fools running this app. Hope your business fails someday.

"Unexpected Delivery Costs"

Having paid a Booking Fee of £1.88, I was disappointed to see the addition of £1.50 Delivery/Transaction costs when this was an electronic ticket. Rip off Britain continues to rip us off :0(

It was very easy to navigate the site and find the tickets I needed for the event I wish to attend.
I contacted the team with a few questions and they got straight back to me and answered all my questions and gave me the reassurance that I had got all that I needed.

I did have some technical difficulties between my Bank App and the booking site. However I spoke to Anish who was extremely helpful & managed to sort all the issues out for me. First class customer service!
