"frustrating and stressful conveyancing experience with Amphlett Lissimore"

It has been a very very frustrating and stressful process!! The whole conveyancing process took 5 months, just unbelievable. Solicitor made successive last minute enquiries which delayed the whole process by one month. At the beginning it took the solicitor around 5 weeks to send out first round enquiries. In the first 3.5 months, our emails were hardly replied and it was hard to call through too. We ended up spending loads of time chasing and escalating and got very emotional on this. Solicitors there were definitely overloaded with cases and nothing to do with efficiency.
