I needed to find a company to produce a stainless steel plaque for my wife’s memorial bench. I found the company by an internet search. I checked their website. It explained precisely what I needed and how to order, which I did. An easy process. I also phoned the company to check some details. Excellent clear customer service.
Ordered the plaque. Paid by card. All straight forward. Received up dates on progress and on dispatch following the receipt of a test layout. Delivery was exactly as indicated with text giving the day and hourly delivery slot. This company was perfect. I cannot praise them enough. I would not go elsewhere if I needed a similar product in the future. No reservations. I’d give 6 star, if available.
