"Terrible Service!"
On 07/10/2024 I ordered a ADE Advanced Optics RD3-012-PRO Series Red Dot Sight with Motion Activation Technology (Black). I was sent a ADE Advanced Optics RD3-012-NON-PRO Series Red Dot (Black). These are two very different models with different designs and specifications. I contacted them and was given a RMA# and a return postage receipt (UPS). I sent the "wrong" item back along with a copy of the original receipt and the RMA# inside the package. According to UPS tracking, the Focus Camera Wearhouse received the returned package on 07/18/2024. I did not receive a refund or hear anything back, so I contacted Customer Service Specialist Eliesha on 07/19/2024. Her response was "Our warehouse is in the process of reviewing your return. Once your return has been processed and approved, we will be able to issue a refund." It is now 07/23/2024 and I have not received a refund or heard anything back from Focus Camera. It is important to note that the item in question was immediately removed from the Focuscamera.com website after I requested a full refund. This is unacceptable service!

I was interested in a Sigma 150-600mm Lens for my Canon and after several hours of reviewing online prices, sellers,reading reviews and watching You tube videos, I made the investment and purchased the lens from Focus Camera based on the research. This was my first purchase from this seller and I was a bit cautious. I have had mixed experiences with Big Camera Shops in NYC, both exceptional and not so much.
Based on my recent experience, I would definitely purchase camera equipment again without hesitation from Focus. They had the best price on the lens and offered a bundled package which made the purchase with the filters and Sigma Dock, even more attractive. The service was exceptional and extremely timely. Unfortunately the shipping box came damaged with a small item missing. They made it right by sending out the item the very next day. I was able to talk and text with real people who were genuinely concerned and helpful. It was a great buying experience and I highly recommend Focus Camera

To start, product said "free 2 business day shipping " purchased on a Saturday, expected it to arrive on Wednesday(if shipped on Monday). They did not use the 2 day as stated, it arrived the next Saturday. When it did arrive, one of the items was a different size than what was ordered(scope rings) making the whole package unusable for my application until I got the right rings. I sent Multiple emails to the company with zero response until after paypal stepped in. Ended up going through paypal buyer protection to get a refund to cover the right set of rings from another retailer.
I will pass on buying from focus camera in the future.
