The process managed by Yarone and Eddie was well done with clear, consistent, and timely communication. Eddie, the owner, got personally involved at Yarone's request to make sure my concerns and issues were addressed. Expectations about terms were set based on that info and we decided to proceed. Contact with the funding source was professional and timely and their questions about the business went beyond the usual financial stuff. They took an actual interest in what we do and how we do it and seemed to factor that into the offer. The rest of the process was very straightforward and fast.

Patrick was very professional from the beginning to the end of this process. It took a little longer than he originally told me but that was not his fault and he stayed on top of things and was very responsive to anything I or the lender needed.

It was fairly quick. It wasn't simple. It cost more than a loan of the same amount that I had already secured. The fees the lender charged were outlandish. You pay back daily via ACH. The first debit towards this loan was taken out the same day the money hit my account. In fact, the debit was taken out first! The pay back is $625/day or $12,500 a month. Most folks who need a loan, can't pay $12,500 a month! No, I won't go this route again.

Dont do business with Bizlender. Had account exec Leon working on deal. When deal went to his supervisor Sam, he jacked up the originator fees. When i rejected deal Sam tried to cover up a new deal that was in reality the original fee laided deal I rejected the prior day.

Very shady business practice. BEWARE... STAY Away. Read documents closely. you will get screwed if you don't. Glad I caught trick and rejected deal!
