I contacted the Projected Image team a little late due to my own customer being late in sending the image required.
9:30am Tuesday - image sent to PI
10am Tuesday - PI send quote for monochrome gobo
10:30 Tuesday - agreed the quote and proof
11am - Tuesday payment done
1:30pm Tuesday email to say that gobo was ready and being sent out for shipment to me.
