"Highly recommend!"

I have been working with Rory on a couple of issues over the last couple of months. We worked on a blended hypnotherapy / coaching method for sustainable positive change and giving up smoking. Both of these categories has changed my ways. I am now almost 3 months into not smoking and the difference I feel regarding positivity is amazing. You get a real understanding from Rory what hypnotherapy can do and how it works and so I really felt the benefit coming out the over end of the course. Thanks for your help Rory.

"Amazing learning experience, even better results!"

I cannot recommend Rory enough, I genuinely found the session to be enlightening. I appreciated the length of the session of which most was actually used discussing smoking, the patient background and Rory's. I actually learned a lot and it does help you to trust Rory as you quickly realise he knows exactly what he is talking about.

Then the hypnotherapy session. Invigorating! What felt like 5 mins of myself questioning whether I was "under" was actually 20+ minutes of hypnotherapy. It went so quickly and I didn't even know it had been successful. Rory assured me it had been and sure enough, I haven't smoked in 8 days after years of trying to quit! I don't know how he does it but you leave and it's almost impossible to consciously consider smoking again, the thought of lighting up is gone from your mind! And Rory helpfully provides you with tools to take away with you for ongoing embedding of your new way of thinking. I strongly recommend you follow his recommendations on frequency of applying them.

All in all, such a great experience. My wife is so happy I have done this and without the crazy moodiness of my previous failed attempts!

"Unbelievable"

I went to see Rory in the small hope I could clear my mind from negative thoughts that have built up through hard times this year. I have never been able to see past these, but with Rory's magic I feel unbelievably better. I never thought hypnotherapy could be so effective! I can't believe how much it has changed my way of thought and helped the way I feel everyday. 5 stars and I will 100% be keeping this up. He is the best!

"Im So Impressed!!"

"I went to Rory to seek help with anxiety and panic attacks, specifically in relationships and daily tasks. I found him to be a very calming person who I could trust to help me relax. I didn't know what to expect from hypnotherapy but soon realised it was nothing to worry about and I could enjoy being in that chair (pod), relaxing and trusting I was in safe hands. I now find that certain things that used to worry me are no longer having an impact, I am able to continue without the struggle of anxiety and panic in certain situations that I used to find limiting. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders!"

"I feel like a new person!"

Rory had been highly recommended to me by a friend who had been cured of a bad habit and consequently I arranged to see him in the hope of overcoming my fear of public speaking. This fear had been crippling for as long as I can remember and was massively hindering my career. After one session with Rory I felt a surge of positivity and a boost in confidence which made a big difference to my working life, and following my second session I knew that he had managed to help me overcome my terror of public speaking. I have no idea how he did it but when I was next asked to public speak, the fear and dread that would usually overcome me simply didn't happen, and I felt happy to stand up in front of a group of people and speak. I couldn't quite believe it! The feeling of not being scared anymore has literally transformed my daily life and I have Rory to thank for that.

"Thorough, Caring Service That's Incredibly Effective"

I saw Rory for a fear of flying and after one session I was able to fly (which I did the week after the session) with a confidence I never thought I'd have. Rory's approach is very caring and thorough and I'd highly recommend him to anyone struggling with a phobia or general anxiety issues.

"100% success with one session - what more could you ask for?"

Rory really is better than I could have hoped for - he helped me to stop biting my nails / skin after almost a decade of this awful habit. And in one session, which to me was amazing. I have recommended to him to many other friends (some who have also been to see him by now, and are achieving results for other things), and he is a thoroughly decent chap too. I will be seeing him again soon for my next bad habit I want to break (unfortunately, I have a long list!).

"Give it a go!"

I went to see Rory after him being recommended by friend. I didn't really know what to expect but as soon as we met he put me at ease. His kind manner really allows you to relax and get the most out of your session.

Even for people who are unsure if hypnotherapy is for them I strongly recommend you to give it a go, I'm confident you won't regret it!

"Fantastic experience with immediately noticeable and lasting results!"

For a long time I'd felt convinced that I would never be able to break out of my negative and self-defeating thought patterns or that these were simply a result of how I was made. However, as soon as I'd finished my first session, I was able to actually feel myself thinking differently. The main thing I noticed was a huge drop in the amount of mental "noise" or "clutter" I'd previously experienced - I felt that I had let go of all the worries and anxieties that had previously stopped me from thinking clearly and positively, or at least that they had come into perspective. I would recommend advanced hypnotherapy to anyone suffering from a sense of lack of control over their thoughts or even over their body. Rory's in-clinic techniques and follow-up audio are amazingly effective at teaching the mind to dissociate feelings of positiveness and confidence from worries, shames and anxieties, while at the same time putting the latter into perspective and stripping them of their power to hold you back. All that's required for the techniques to work are a receptive and proactive attitude and around 20-30 minutes set aside each day for a week or two after each session for the (very enjoyable!) audio component.
