So I placed an on-line order and unfortunately the item was out-of -stock. Exceptional AV were on the phone to me very quickly - turns out the item was now discontinued, however they offered me a very good discount on an excellent substitute. All sorted and dispatched same day. I really couldn't be more pleased. Not only good service but Andrew and the other person I spoke to really couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Dealt with Karl at Exceptional AV and he and the company exceeded my expectations. Ordered a Denon AVR3500 and Oberon 5 5.1 speaker package. Karl checked they were in stock after an email query I sent. The items arrived quickly and everything was in perfect condition. The price was substantially lower than the high street retailers, to such a level I could just not ignore. Communication was very fast and it was a great service. Highly recommended.
