Our experience was 10/10, the team really helped alleviate the workload and stress of having to navigate the market for us. Especially for someone like me that's time poor and a total novice in this department that just wants to be told what the best option is. Superb!

We’ve worked with Fuelled since our early days, and we’re now a more mature business (numerically anyway). They have been absolutely brilliant throughout, for years.

They are a different breed of insurance company from any other I’ve come across - it really feels like they are in your corner and want you to win. There’s a lot of flexibility and excellent client care. The team there really are pre-occupied with whether or not you are getting the most/best out of the policies.

Would very, very highly recommend Fuelled - especially to startup or scaleup founders.

It’s rare you get to be enthused by insurance, it’s boring, expensive and generally just not a joyful chore. Except when I dealt with Fuelled. Now, you might say this is because they were cheaper than the other quotes I’d got, but that’s only part of the story. Hollie, who I dealt with, was exceptional at both explaining why things were as they were, the best way to tailor the quote and was ultimately really on the ball (I got a quote at just after midnight as she was ‘running behind’). I’ll go as far as to say that if you don’t buy insurance from Fuelled, you’ve probably made a mistake.

Great at what they do, insurance is usually a frustrating experience to deal with, at Fuelled, they talked me through everything and I understood why they needed certain bits of information. I have real peace of mind, that if anything were to go wrong, I have the correct cover to sleep well at night, and that's what I need from my insurance provider!
