I haven't received my order yet and have been waiting about 3 weeks. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service address with no response and messaged their page on Facebook also - no response received at all. Very annoyed.

I haven't receive my order yet. You just notify me that the order is taken from some transportation firm and that's all. You should monitor the order until the customer received the order. You flee from responsibility.
