The Post Office failed to deliver my (promptly despatched) book to the correct address. However, Martin kindly picked up the cudgels and gave me a replacement book. Well done, recovering an otherwise frustrating experience.

I ordered two books came few days later.
Martin the owner came to deliver my books but couldn't find house ,so he emailed me saying this.As he delivers books in local area to customers
he has a disability.
if I wanted to collect at shop or he would post them out.told him my granddaughter help in his shop just to give them to her.they do old books and new ,also cd ,records
