Lemon bottle didn’t work for me. Not even slightly. Nothing. Don’t waste your money. Lovely staff but gutted as this was my treat to myself and all I got was all pain no gain. Cut my losses and move on, don’t believe the hype.

Very disappointed. Would not recommend. Customer satisfaction is non existent, they are just interested in taking your money. Stay away from lemon bottle it does not work! You will be lead to believe 1, maybe 2 treatments will work, which is simply not true. More like 4-6 treatments if any results are shown at all. Save your money.

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t very good and I am still in pain in my left arm from where the injection went into my muscle fascia and not fat area. Also the results in all places I had injected hasn’t been very noticeable. I have tried to discuss my experience with the clinic on several occasions but no one seems interested; the follow up care has been very poor which is a shame.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said about how incredible Jen is!! Very knowledgeable and has the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth to make you feel at ease. I first visited Jen at the West London practice in January after originally enquiring into Aquilux. During a very thorough consultation, Jen concluded the Lemon Bottle treatment would be better suited to my needs. She also advised that with either treatment a follow up session may be required depending on desired results (brilliant honesty and managing of patient expectations I feel). This was of course fantastic advice for many reasons and after following the aftercare and waiting the recommended 4 weeks I saw a massive difference!! I returned yesterday for a second appointment in that same area (under chin/neck area) to address a couple of stubborn spots (as expected due to Jen’s managing of expectations on results provided in the first consultation). Will 100% recommending to everyone and really do hope I can find another reason (it won’t be my chin/neck area that’s for sure!) to pop back and see Jen very soon!! A first class professional and a truly special soul. Thank you again.
