Extremely quick turn around for serum refill service. You keep the pipette and they supply a lid for the refill. I also love the night cream, lip balm, and oil. Matches my values, and service has been excellent.

"Concentrated shampoo wasn't for me!"

I purchased the concentrated shampoo and conditioner bundle.
It was pricey, but I thought I would give it a go.
Initially, it did not agree with my hair. It left my hair dry, limp and it ruined my natural curls. I figured I might just need to stick with it and while it did get better, I found the conditioner was the main issue. There just isn't enough to properly condition your hair. You have to use so much more than the shampoo and the conditioner was gone so quickly. I tried just using a small amount, but it left my hair in such a dry state, I was making up for it with other product instead.
Once I switched to another conditioner, I was more happy with the product. The shampoo did not extend the time between washes. I still needed to clean my hair just as frequently. Using a small pea sized amount each wash, the jar was finished after 2 months. For the price I paid, I was a bit gutted about that. It just didn't feel worth the money.
I wouldn't try it again. There are better shampoos out there.

Couldn’t recommend UpCircle more. Skin looks and feels lovely, products are vegan and cruelty free, and are put in glass and metal!! Plus the empty containers can be refilled!! Like, how many pluses can you get? LOVE UpCircle.
