"50th birthday afternoon tea"

Kate kindly organised an afternoon tea for myself and my friends to celebrate my lockdown 50th birthday with the girls. In fact she did this at very short notice - I think approx 4-5 days. Her communication and her positive ‘nothing is a problem’ attitude was refreshing.

If I’m honest, when I first received my box of treats I was a little disappointed thinking that there wasn’t much for my money. However, the reaction of my friends and the quality and taste of the baking soon changed my opinion. We had a great afternoon tea Zoom session. Many thx Kate.

Kate organised for a professional dance choreographer to host a dance class for us, teaching us the moves to one if his favourite songs. It was hilarious and so so much fun.
