"My main issue"

My main issue, without even receiving my order yet, is the time it’s taking to receive it. It wouldn’t have bothered me so much if I hadn’t paid an extra $29 for the “express” shipping that read to be 3-7days…when I called the customer service number, before I could even speak to someone, I was disconnected.
