Ordered a large quantity of Masks , Hand Sanitiser spray along with some gloves. Delivery arrived within 48 hours and all the products were very good quality.

Ordered "Nonin 9550 Onyx II Digital Finger Pulse Oximeter".
Invoice number 534870 dated 09/06/2020.
Dispatching were very fast, so i thought there would be no problem.
And guess what i got inside DHL box?
Empty case from that oximeter inside plastic zip bag with label "Nonin 9550 Onyx II with carry case" over it.
Well, i was ordering just oximeter without any carry case and there were no signs, that box was opened/damaged in transit.
Even though I've made order via PayPal, now it is impossible to prove, that there were no oximeter inside box at the first place.
$300+ are lost.

"AVOID!"
Ordered a pack of 50 face masks costing over £50 and when doing so surprisingly I received no order confirmation, all I had was my PayPal transaction. Website stated a dispatch date, however over a week after this I still had not received neither the masks or any communication. I emailed Farla and a few days later, I received a dispatch confirmation email but no direct response to my email. Masks eventually arrived, however the first one lasted no more than 2 minutes before the end of one of the loops became detached from the mask. Tried a second, however the loop became detached before even having the chance to use it.
I emailed Farla straight away asking for a response and solution to resolve the obvious batch of faulty masks. Over a week later and following two further emails from myself, I have still had no response whatsoever. I will now be looking to recover my costs via PayPal or my visa card company.
My advice would be to AVOID Farla Medical.
