Great friendly company to deal with. I have now used my Ren and it suits my needs well. One of the main things is that it fits into the boot (I don't have a big car).

I bought the new Ren folding scooter. Excellent amazing scooter that does all it says and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend the company and the scooter if you want one that you can pop in the car and have adventures with. I’m looking forward to taking it on a train!

The box with the mobility scooter was dumped on my doorstep. Not the best way for an 80 years old, somewhat infirm lady! We would have appreciated at least an offer to help unpacking, setting up, and demonstration of use, even if we had to pay for it. Mobility scooters are not just for the young, strong, healthy and able bodied.

I have just placed a pre order for the Wren scooter and would like to thank the staff at Betty and Bertie for making it such a simple process. The phone was answered within a few rings and the person I spoke to was polite, super helpful and happy to help. She was able to get the Wren scooter made available for order in a few seconds and stayed on the line to ensure the purchase went through smoothly. She was also honest enough to say that they hoped the goods will arrive in early November but weren't able to promise. The 14 day trial is a super feature and I can't wait to get my new scooter and try it out.
