This is a scam business as I found out ,it’s registered in jersey but they don’t even have a business address and upon searching google under this name they now have they’re name under the jersey financial services commission as a scam ,you just need to google it

Just done a switch with them from an existing skilled worker visa. I came to the uk in 2022 on a care visa with my wife and 2 children, Early this year, the home office revoked their license leaving us with only 60 days to find a new switch or return home. I heard about them from a friend who also did a switch. They got it all sorted for us within 2 months as we applied for the priority option. Special thanks to Leah for always being there :)

Finally after 6 months, I and my husband have got my skilled visa approved by them. We came in on a student visa and my husband was on a dependant visa. After the home office change of rules, I had very limited options. I applied for me and my husband with a reference of my colleague for skilled care application. The application was submitted in January, Cos given in May. It took long but now I am very happy to recommend them as my student visa was ending in November.

"VISA REFUSAL AND THREAT OF 10 YEARS BAN "

I approached the company on behalf of my sister who is based in Nigeria. I went through the priority route and she was issued a COS which she used to apply for a skilled worker visa. Now she has been refused the visa and given 28 days to apply for administrative review or be banned for 10 years for presenting a COS bearing another person name in the home office database. Now she is being accused of a fraudulent acts for s something she legitimately approached Waikan consulting company for and paid the requested fees. The company has not given us a tangible reason for this costly error rather has been tossing us around using very evasive statement rather than solving this very delicate issue.I have approached my lawyers in Nigeria and UK to take this issue up because they are at the verge of destroying the life of a young lady who is completely ignorant of this anomaly. For the record, I started discussing with Jay Vekaria in the month of April, 2024 and he handled my sister to Leah McConnell HCA Priority Team. Please be guided I have all my communication in prints and the culprit COS as well as the explanation given by the service provider for the anomaly. I just got saw your response and I am waiting for the legal charges because I have all my correspondence with Jay Vekaria and Leah McConnell from your company. And it is on noted that you are claiming you don't give COS yet you are still getting reviews for ? Positive feedback on COS so who is fooling who? Why are you double face? Will also be pressing legal charges against you and your company. You gave my sister a service provider and you are here falsifying the truth Jay Vekaria and Leah McConnell
