Pas geleden een prachtige donzen reset jas gekocht de kleur was prachtig groen en hij zat geweldig.
Helaas bij het naar buiten gaan liet iedere druppel regen een kring na op de jas. Ik heb hem gelukkig terug mogen brengen en kreeg mijn geld terug.
Geen idee of dit de kleur is waardoor dit ontstaat of dat dit bij iedere kleur gebeurt.

I have had the same experience with a refund. I returned a sweater and confirmed they got it but after 5 weeks have yet to receive a refund. I reached out at one point and they said they were backed up because of covid. I am still waiting. I have no way to reach them besides an email address. No customer service number or live person. There is something wrong with this company. I love the product and have ordered multiple times but will not order again due to this issue.

I too have 3 refunds due that have not been received yet dating back to 11/25 & 12/2. I sent an email with the order numbers and the date the merchandise shows it was delivered back to The Reset. Shouldn’t have to follow up to get the credit due. This is long after 7-15 business days.

I’ve typically had a good experience with the Reset and as a long standing customer I am incredibly surprised about the neglect and treatment of a loyal customer of this brand. I had returned an item and one month later I have received no refund despite receiving notification of receipt of the return by the Reset team. I realize it’s the holidays so I emailed regarding this issue and have received no response. I’ve emailed again received no response. I’ve texted customer support. No response. This is a luxury brand I expect more. It has been more than 30 days since the receipt of my item and no refund and no response to my emails regarding this issue. It’s unacceptable and quite frankly criminal. I’m I the only one that has not received a refund for their return? Perhaps not… customers be aware and check to make sure you’re receiving your refunds upon return.

***My order number is 140351. The return was received by the reset on Nov 25th. I sent a follow up on Dec 21st, 25th, and then today as a text (844)7522351.. no response. Customers should not have to write a review in order to be adequately serviced it’s unacceptable.***

Een eerste bestelling bij Reset en een snelle levering van een donsjas maar helaas te groot en werd teruggestuurd met upp op 2 oktober. Dat je 3,5 weken na retour nog niet hebt vernomen dat het pakket ontvangen is, vind ik niet ok. Ondertussen al 2 mails gestuurd en een antwoord ontvangen dat ze dit doorgeven. Afwachten wanneer ik mijn geld, een groot bedrag, als nog terug krijg.
