I arranged to have a basic website designed for $500. Part way through the design, I decided it was not going to work out so I asked for a refund.

They made an attempt to dissuade me, which is fine; I would do the same thing if the situation were reversed. However after reiterating my request a few times, they continued to press me so I stopped responding to their calls and messages. At one point they called 17 times in a row. Harassment comes to mind.

I finally did get a refund, followed by this text message, which is a 100% unedited copy.

"Avoid like the plague .. Review update"

I ordered 2 pro business packages from them in 2022. I was clear up front that this would be a slow process for me. They assured me that was fine. My assistant took over and they assigned me someone who appeared to be a spoiled teen, refusing virtually every request, stating 'it isn't included', despite proof that they'd already done it for both websites. Now I'm being given the silent treatment. I had my assistant send a final demand letter for breach of contract, which they ignored, and now I'm having to sue them. I reached out via chat on their website to contact their legal team directly, and was told 'support' would get right back to me within 15 mins with the info I was requesting. It's been hours, and nothing came. I'll just turn it over to my assistant, but they have been a nightmare to work with. They're very inconsistant with fulfilling their 'promises', they dislike going at your pace, they prefer their own, and while some employees seem nice, others are downright hostile. You never know what you're going to get but I do know that what you may get is screwed out of your money. Keep looking.

This company reached out to me a few weeks ago to try to 'work things out', because my review was hurting their business. They told me they would do anything to work things out if I would remove my review. I had already invested in a lawsuit, so to avoid that lawsuit, I offered a settlement that included additional services. They thought that was unreasonable. So I advised them I would continue with the lawsuit. I also advised them not to contact me again. They ignored me and wrote back and literally taunted me via email. Next thing I knew, Trust Pilot sent me a message that my review was 'flagged' and under investigation. I'm cooperating and submitting evidence to support my position and my assertions in relation to WebsHusky. Beware.
