"Appalling customer services"

Same as the last two reviews sadly. Appalling customer services, was the case when I ordered the bike, and again now.
I don't want to give a small company a bad review, but you clearly spend no time providing customer services and unfortunately it will lead to the inevitable.

Same reason as all other bad reviews.
I'd go Zero stars if there was an option.
I tried contacting them via phone, email, Facebook and live chat. No answer for the past 3 days.
At least I know now not to spend my 2000£ here.

How are these people even in business? So confusing.

"Terrible customer service"

I bought a bike from these a few months ago and I cannot get hold of them for love nor money. I’ve tried emailing. Live chat and phone on several occasions and still can’t get hold of anyone. Had a few issues with my bike that engwe said I would need to contact the people I bought it from. That’s that I can’t get hold of them! If you do see this message electric revolution. "Unable to get anywhere with these guys"

Have been trying to get in contact with these guys for a few days but no luck...

I'm trying to purchase a EBIKE through my company's cycle2work scheme. There is no response ever from the live chat feature and their also not answering my emails.

I also tried calling the company with the phone number I have from my certificate (from the Cycle2Work scheme) and their not answering here either! It's ringing but no one is picking up!

I will give it 1 or 2x more days, as the longer I wait the longer the delivery will be. If I don't hear back, I will be contacting Cycle2Work and issue a complaint and have the certificate revoked (and will of course purchase the ebike elsewhere).

Imagine having a dispute about a order (e.g. damage or if a items not delivered), only to not hear back.

I will modify this review if they bother to respond to me (hopefully so), otherwise I'll get my certificate cancelled and purchase elswhere.

EDIT:

To advise, I've cancelled the Cycle2Work certificate and have purchased a better version of the product for a CHEAPER cost elswhere, though would have kept with this if they bothered to atleast reply to me!

I'd say save yourselves the burden of buying from here. If you have a problem later on, these guys are clearly not going to assist.

It is very high quality bike. We will also order another EZOGO electric bike, for my brother as well. Also thanks to Alex helping me with my questions I had about the bike and the delivery. It was also delivered very quickly as well.
