"a rip off"
Had a look at all these other reviews as cant get hold of New world digital mediaabout my webs site i have paid nearly a grand for.
Started as a £99.00 + vat web site, then you need this, then this ,then this and hear we are Nearly £1000 in.
Still no properly working web site.
We have a domain that works and a web site but you cant find it through google so totally useless, but we did pay for this service.
My advice is to use a proper company.
i think We will Have to take legal action to recover these funds
AVOID

"Avoid at all costs"
My review will be about the same as the rest. I wish I had looked before they took £600 off me.
Lots of hidden costs. Callers from customer services lie to you telling you that you owe them more money for this that and the others.
Total scammers
Total robbers.
Avoid at all costs.

"Stay well clear"
Sold a £99 website which in reality costs over a grand. They dont tell you you need this that and the other. Never actually got a website out of it either. Complete joke. Very rude and just want money. Literally i could have done it all myself if i had time. STAY WELL CLEAR.

"Rude and pushy sales woman called me…"
Rude and pushy sales woman called me and wasted my 5 minutes of busy time. I listend to her humbly and said 'No' very politely but she hung up calling names. Terrible company. There should be less than 1 star for them.

"BAD SERVICE/FALSE INFORMATION"
Received a call from a lady at New World, offering a free website for only £99....lovely! I was sold a dream, went with it, due to limited time offer, then cost was £179 due to some next waffle about securing my domain. Then waited a while to be contacted & had to chase via email/phone.
Then an alledged programmer got in touch with the thickest northern accent that kept me on the phone for almost an hour before asking me for another £499 for SEO write up to my site....ok!!!
Then they got design underway, which was ok for basic standards but nonetheless it was a website, then before it was to launch our programmer calls back up again & says that I can’t launch website until I pay another £249 for a certificate to allow people to safely browse on my page.....ransom much!?
Through the year, I’ve received 2-5 calls from New World offering me a “free website”, showing me that I must be so irrelevant to them now that they’re are not even aware I am a client of theirs.
Upon my domain lease due, I get a call 5 days prior to expiry, being offered a renewal which was promised at only £99 per year, but now cost is £178....hmm.
On stating my web package, the advisor states I have 2 key words on my SEO even though I paid £499 for 4 keywords.
New World have lied about their costs & services, they have poor communication & do not deliver what they promise.
DO NOT USE THEM. DON’T WASTE TIME OR MONEY.

"Scammers in every way"
Scammers in every way. Cheap looking website poor customer service after you have paid your money and bad aftercare when you decide to leave. They are just a bunch of money grabbers and I have 3 months of email trails to prove it. False promises stay away unless you have money to waste. I literally have to beg them to contact me and every time a make a minor change to their drafts. In the end I have been left with a URL I have paid for but cannot use as they will not send me the emails I require to transfer it to my new domain provider.
