Tom, the sales rep was very informative, knowledgeable and clear. He was also friendly and polite and able to answer all our concerns. The scaffolding team were efficient and professional. The solar panel installers were excellent; the electrician found the best location for the inverter and battery. They worked quickly and cleared all the debris away. Elliot, in the office helped set us up with an energy company who are going to pay us for electricity exported to the grid.

"After sales"

The installation was very professional, a great team of engineers but the after sales is the 4 star rating, all the equipment box's were left in our loft, plus we have 3 roof tiles broken, we had an email saying "we will get back to" we had phone call end of last week and yes " we will get back to you " about the tiles and we are waiting, we did not know about the boxes until yesterday.

Right from the very outset, we've had a great experience with GRC SOLAR. We went with them as they are a local company, and came with great recommendations and expectations, given how highly rated they were. We were not disappointed in the slightest, in fact we were delighted.

Our first consultation with Andy had us invested straightaway. He listened to and explored our needs and was clearly not in it to maximise sales, instead it was to maximise our return on investment. He went to great lengths to explain the technical aspects of solar panels and how different installations work, and helped to explore what would work best for us. He talked about the ongoing support and monitoring that the team would offer and shared how that would help to optimise our returns. The advice and guidance given I strongly believe was genuine and honest, and he did not over promise or set false expectations about performance, financial returns and cost savings. We believe that we achieved great value in the price we paid, and received the latest technologies compared to other installers, and the service we received before, during and after the installation was second to none. Everything that Andy said would happen, did and when he said it would. Very reassuring.

When the installation day arrived, the team turned up in force and very quietly, discretely and effectiently went about the installation. They were no fuss, cleared up as they went along and kept us up to date on their progress. It was a winter installation and was pretty much dark when they completed it, so they came back the following morning to fully test the system which was working beautifully. They took great care and time to explain how the system worked and how to monitor its performance. Again, it was very reassuring.

I would definitely recommend GRC Solar if you are thinking about a solar panel and battery installation, and if you are not, I would highly recommend that you do consider it, you will not regret it.

GRC Solar were fantastic from start to finish. Andrew explained everything in great detail in easy to understand language, no fancy sales talk just plain English.The Installation went like clock work and the panels are working well.

I have found this company true to their word. They put scaffolding up 2 weeks after my deposit, installed the system the day after in a day and took the scaffolding away following checks that the system was running correctly. Thier after sales is great and they are still helping now, more than 2 months after completion. Their software is fantastic as I keep an eye on it every day. I would highly recommend this company and thier system.
