Can't fault Silver FX at all. Ordered then received within 4 days. The shirt is amazing quality, top embroidery too. Andy is a great guy who cares about his customers, which you don't get with many companies.

Will be ordering from Andy again.

"Please do not give money to this company!"

Please do not purchase items or give money to this company! You have been warned. We placed an order and out of five items only one was correct, a pair of sports socks. We had to wait three months for the order to arrive and this was only after constant chasing. No communication is forthcoming from this company and Andy Turner, the owner, is rude and accepts no responsibility for his mistakes. He obviously didn't have stock of the size of the items we ordered so he CUT OUT the size label in the hockey shirts and skorts. It was obvious that they were two or three sizes too big when we received them. Items were missing too. We sent the whole order back the next day and a reluctant refund was agreed upon. Over a month later with repeated, ignored messages we are still waiting for our refund. What a way to conduct a business. Sports organisations and schools should not commit to his services unless they want to frustrate their members and players. I will report Mr Turner to the National Trading Standards Board as he is in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

"14 months for a refund"

14 months after not receiving an item, I have now been issued a refund.

I am now amending my initial review in light of this refund. Sadly, the facts remain that I made a purchase a long time ago and my repeated requests for a resolution were not responded to within a reasonable time frame.

Covid didn't hit the UK until 2020 and my order was in 2019. There was never any apology for delays, nor any explanations as to what was going on until my very last email with a final apology. I don't know why there was such a lack of communication, nor such a delay in a refund but it was an extremely frustrating experience and one that was handled poorly. I am sorry for businesses at the moment and appreciate that Covid has caused extremely challenging circumstances but this order happened last year and there are clearly some ongoing issues which need serious attention.

For SilverFX, if you are serious about sorting out the delivery time-frames and methods of communication, I would suggest the FSB or Chamber of Commerce who can be extremely helpful in offering 121 advisors, training and workshops for staff. There may be charitable organisations such as Citizen's Advice or other support such as the Marches Growth Hub as well.

Horrendous service, I’ve had no contact since the invoice has been paid (6 week ago) I’ve sent at least 5 emails and called numerous times but had no replies.
I’m still getting reminder emails to pay the invoice, which has been paid in full!
Very unprofessional company.

From the first call to the delivery of our products. The customer service was first class the best we have come across, also the quality of the product and the embroidered items. Nothing has matched andys service. The team are on the ball, direct, and made sure we had all our order delivered in time.
