"Highly Reccommend"

After having used a very clunky, customer unfriendly system in my previous company, when setting up my own Bar/Restaurant i had very distinct requirements from a till system. Touch Bistro fulfils all those requirements and more. The bill splitting was one of them and its soo easy, the extensive reporting system was another.
Initially we had some issues with it disconnecting from the internet mainly due to updates and such, but any glitches we encountered seemed to have ironed themselves out and its a breeze.
Emily was first in touch with me and then handed me to Jenna who went through the system with me and they are both excellent and it was a pleasure to work with them to bring the system to life.
I was most impressed when Jenna called me to see how we were coping with the coronavirus situation, great customer service that i haven't got from any of my other suppliers. They also have downgraded my licences so that i have only one ipad working thereby reducing my costs whilst we are closed, which is such a relief.
Would highly recommend on all levels.

"Excellent Customer Service & Support…"

Excellent Customer Service & Support during the last week. From Jenna Bome all the way to Asif (who addressed) our payment terminal, we have been impressed with the way they have kept us updated and offered a personable service. Giving the difficulties of the current times, I have been pleased with their support and care.

They have terrible customer service and no help if already automobiles your credit card even if you are not using service. Claim can't credit already billed software.

"Great system, great service"

Great system. I’ve been with TouchBistro for a few years now and their services & EPOS features have always been a great help to the business. With what’s going on at the moment I was initially worried about the business, but they’ve been extremely helpful and accommodating, would definitely recommend!

"I don’t normally write reviews but…"

I don’t normally write reviews but TouchBistro is the best EPOS we’ve ever used. I’ve been running my busy cafe for 9 years and have gone through many systems which did not give us the right reporting/stock management or support we needed. Switched to TouchBistro 6 months ago and our service has improved, our staff are happier and we can see the business reports so much easier now! Thanks from all at Hummingbird Cafe!

The software is extremely easy to navigate and generates helpful reports - our best purchase of 2020!

"I wish I would have done my homework… TouchBistro Sucks"

I wish I would have done my homework before committing to TB.. We spent almost two weeks setting trying to think of every issues and option possible. We went live three days ago and there isn’t enough space on the internet for me to go into detail how many issues this system has caused us!!

Everything from delays in printing, items not printing on every ticket, tabs not accepting, tabs not accepting CC, and some tickets not printing at all..

Poor customer support (poor is a compliment)..

I would not wish this system on my worst enemy...

Please do not get or even look at a this system!!! RUN!!!!!
