We operate a very fast pace Custom Ice Cream Shop (made from scratch onsite) with many options in which we make on the fly. Without TouchBistro our life would be chaotic. The point of sale and kitchen display ensure business runs smoothly. Since 2018 we have only had a couple of issues caused primarily by power outages but TouchBistro customer service was quick to resolve.

We have been using TouchBistro for past 6 years now, and it’s hands down the best POS system for any type restaurant, the simplicity and at the same the complications the system has are just on point and amazing.

"The WORST"

Touch Bistro has the WORST customer service of any POS company I’ve ever experienced. Their sales staff offers the MOON, but when it come right down to it, there’s nothing but empty promises, and spotty service. We’ve had tons of issues to the point I just gave up trying to get them resolved, and just don’t use many of the paid-for services. Once the onboarding process was completed (barely), any help to set up additional services returned “crickets “. I would NEVER recommend this company and their business model to anyone.

"The worst company"

The worst company ive done business with. Look at their reviews on the Ap store. Constant glitches forcing me to close my bar on more than one time. Ive had to sign up for Square just to have a backup POS for all the times TouchBistro goes down. They started charging me fees before I was even set up to use the software. The contract you sign only protects them, then they provide the worst product. I would highly recommend NOT using this company.
UPDATE: the below response is the typical response I get from them when I voice my issues. "senior support" doesnt seem to exist here, every tech or customer care specialist Ive spoken with refers me to the more senior support, problems still exist.
