I have been a bloombox Classic subscription member for over a year and am really pleased with the variety of plants and pots. I really look forward to each month’s delivery and my house has never felt so alive!
I’ve really noticed this having spent so much time at home during lockdown, it has been a joy to be surrounded by so many beautiful plants. I love each of stylish pots that I have accumulated which look great together!
The plants are great quality and it’s really useful to have the care card (also available online) to refer to. They have been really easy to care for.
On the one occasion that a pot arrived damaged, customer services were friendly, helpful and speedily sent me a replacement.
I’ve recently joined the Bloombox Facebook community to share and learn more about my plants! A fantastic initiative and lovely to meet lots of fellow plant lovers!

After spending a couple of weeks repainting every room in my house during my furlough I happened across an article about health benefits of house plants. From that I did a google search for pet friendly plants and up popped a link for BloomBox.
That was at the beginning of May. I had never had any house plants before as I have an elder cat that likes to nibble on plants but the link was specifically for pet friendly subscription.
So that was the start of my addiction. That order resulted in my first 3 plants on the pet friendly offer. From there I have added to the plant family with 3 months of classic subscription and currently awaiting an upgrade to classic plus. I’ve also added to the collection from other stores locally. Never been to B&Q without leaving with at least one new plant. I’ve also done a couple of one off plant orders from Bloombox, because my need for plants became very addictive.
I did have an issue with some pots I had ordered being out of stock and a plant I’d ordered going missing in transit. But I contacted customer service and they were able to assist with refund and money off code for future orders. This was during the height of Covid-19 lockdown so completely understood the issues.
I plan to stick with the classic plus for a couple of months then upgrade to the special for a month or so to get a variety of plants.
But for someone who never had any plants May 1st I’m now up to 31 and counting!
It’s addicting but also very relaxing and rewarding tending to them everyday. And fortunately the cat has learned to cohabitate with them as well.
So I’d happily suggest checking BloomBox out if you want to join the growing (pun intended) group of Plant Addicts.

I took out a classic Bloombox Club subscription back in September 2018. Almost two years on and I have zero intention of cancelling anytime soon -- in fact, I just added my second Bloombox Club subscription to test out the 'special' range for a few months as an added extra! Plants have always arrived in great condition, well-packaged and with decent care instructions whether one-offs or subscription plants. I have always been impressed with the proactive approach the company has taken in communicating any issues outside of their control that could affect supply and deliveries and I would give another few stars for customer service alone!
