I’ve been with Smart Landlord for 12 months now as a landlord and can honestly say I’ve never had such a consistently positive experience with a estate agent. The staff at Smart Landlord have been so friendly and helpful from the very beginning - the support they gave us on our property hunt was really personable and proactive, the onboarding process was clear and smooth, and our property manager Simon is super attentive, friendly and quick to reply to any of our questions/tickets raised.
