Advertising locking nut removal in Bath, but when I phoned, the person who answered said that they're not operating in Bath because the technician is on "long-term illness".

When I politely suggested that they might wish to consider removing the advert for services in Bath while they are unable to provide them, he put the phone down on me without saying anything else. Very rude and unhelpful.
