Still haven’t received a refund after multiple emails with no response. Defo don’t buy here, considering posting more online to warn others off, ridiculous!

So I ordered two jumpers and a pair of jeans and yes the jumpers came in good condition but the jeans weren't in the package and I have been messaging the brand giving them my order number etc to show that I wasn't scamming them and I have had no replies which is unacceptable so I would say that they are an un-trusty brand. as well as this someone I know ordered from them 2 weeks ago and the clothes haven't arrived, they also said they had issued a refund AND IT HASN'T BEEN PUT IN MY ACCOUNT - THEY ARE A SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE

I recently ordered an acrylic telephone stand from UrbanGirl Office Supply. The item arrived broken into two pieces and, therefore, useless. Per UrbanGirl's request, I e-mailed a photo of the damaged item. I have requested a refund three times within the past two weeks. UrbanGirl has not responded.

Hannah who assisted me was fantastic--went the extra mile to make sure the product and its customization were right on. Mistakes could have occurred because of so many decisions to be made about wording, font, layout, frame color and style, etc., but Hannah talked me through each choice and I was so happy with the product I received. Exactly what I'd hoped for!
