Re: Rental of the Stanley underwater chainsaw. Was concern about renting this piece of equipment on-line. But the process to receive and return the chainsaw proofed to be hassle free. Equipment came it's own hard cover case. It was very clean at delivery. Worked well for my project of cutting several dock posts and beams in the water. Returning was easy, just dropped off at the closest convenient shipping center.

Just as advertised. I rented a wet grinder to make a concrete counter top. Prior to renting it, I called the customer service line and spoke with someone within 1-2 minutes who could immediately answer the questions I had about the process. I rented online and had a phone call and email within an hour confirming what exactly I wanted. I received what I rented within 2 business days and was able to drop it off at a Fed Ex store to return it. Very efficient and saved me some money and storage space for a piece of equipment I probably would not use many more times.
