"Non existent Customer service "

Ordered 2 items on the 16th of November 2024, received 1 item that I had to send back as is was to small and got a refund for, the 2nd item has not arrived, sent messages to the so called customer service and it’s been almost week since they replied to my message but they have stopped replying, there not answering the phone and I still have not received the 2nd item, at this point I just want a refund and not have to deal with them again, customer service is as bad as it gets, if you read this email and think I should finally reply now before anyone else reads it, feel free to refund my money asap so you don’t get anymore bad reviews.
