Paar jaar geleden een mooie Rolex dames horloge gezien waar ik helemaal weg van was. Paar maanden geleden de stap genomen om aan Relleb te vragen naar dit horloge. Kenny heeft dit opgepakt en gezocht , af en toe kreeg ik foto’s toe gestuurd zodat Kenny wist welk horloge ik graag wilde.

Buying a vintage Submariner is quite a difficult journey (or better put: a minefield). Respected dealers can’t provide you with the watch/type you want, internet might show you your dream watch but can’t give you the trust of buying an authentic one. After a long search I found – on internet- a very nice example of my dream watch, the right year, righ type of maxi dial, “strong lugs “etc. I just couldn’t pull the trigger. “Don’t buy the watch, buy the seller” I was told. But how to be sure if this seller is to be trusted? A friend of mine tipped me and told me about the service Relleb can provide. Because of their accurate, professional and customer friendly service I had the confidence to have the watch sent over. The watch was received by Relleb and inspected within 48 hours. An extensive report was sent to me (and explained by phone). Relleb gave me the certainty of buying an authentic and good watch. They also found out that the seller left some information about the condition/service unmentioned. An unsolicited offer by Marcel to negotiate with the seller was also done.
Result: I bought my dream watch knowing for certain what the actual conditions in terms of originality, polishing, service parts etc. are. This really gives peace of mind.

Excellent service - I recently bought a GMT Master II (116710LN) and a Datejust (126300) with Relleb’s authentication service. Relleb took care of the communication with the seller, authenticated the watch and informed me about all the relevant details regarding the watches (the GMT was a 12 yr old watch and therefore particularly interesting in terms of servicing etc.). Communication is excellent, very customer friendly.

You get a lot of service and more importantly peace of mind, for a relatively small amount of money. Would 1000% recommend Relleb’s service to everyone buying a pre-owned luxury/vintage watch!
