"Greenaer what has happened to service"

What has happened Greenaer? The shop used to be a great bicycle store and lately its service and customer care has gone way down. They don’t seem to be interested in the customer and their prices have rocketed for servicing. I recently dropped in my ebike for a service at 9am in the morning and assumed would have it-back that evening.. luckily I called them to be informed it would be the next day. After a month the bike’s performance has reduced and it has become noisy. I’m thinking of buying a new ebike and on this occasion it will not be purchased from Greenaer in Magennis Place.
