This company is excellent. From start to finish I found them polite, professional, reliable and experts in their field. The quality of their input in planning and executing the work to replace my kitchen floor was 5 star. Not only that but they were a pleasure to deal with. If only all customer service were like this

"Dreadfully incompetent! "

Terribly disappointed about this company. Just a few months after installing hardwood in two bedrooms we have had to pay to re-do the flooring to correct the levelling between the rooms and the landing as they were different, therefore impossible to connect at the same level! They knew that the floor needed to be at the same level – is this not incompetence?! and remove the rubber that - despite of what was promised, did not reduce the acoustic and was causing humidity under the floor. We had to pay for removing and re-installing the floor PLUS we had to buy more hardwood as the previous floor was broke in the removal process. A horrible experience. Stay away from this company.

Norbert fitted my living room with laminate wood, I am really pleased with the overall look, attention to detail and the level of communication throughout the project. For the cost you basically get a dedicated Project Manager who has the highest service levels. I never felt awkward or like I was asking too much when contacting him and would get the most polite and informative answers. I can not recommend enough - not only is his work flawless but IF there was an issue Panos would be over in a heartbeat fixing it.

Recently had 4 rooms done with a combination of engineered wood & vinyl. Panos & his colleague are highly professional and incredibly talented, they worked efficiently and are very knowledgeable. The job has been finished to a very high standard and they paid close attention to detail, sealing complex joins & solving an issue with old skirting boards which now looks amazing. The place was left very clean & tidy, finished on time & budget I would highly recommend them for any job, they were friendly & went the extra mile to help! Really impressed & would ask them to do any future work.. in fact I already have!
