I was cautious at first. At my first order after making a payment my phone rang immediately. ??. DirectDeals support confirming your order of software license...? Yes, I responded. He confirmed some credentials and stated he would release it right away. Less than a Min later I had my order in my inbox. AWESOME!! More importantly it checked out and all is working.

A few years ago, I purchased new software from DirectDeals (MS Project Professional). It was substantially less expensive then buying from MicroSoft directly. I had a slight issue with the product key they sent - but it was quickly resolved and everything worked great. Fast forward to today, and I needed to download the software to a new laptop. I had all sorts of issues with MicroSoft (they have the worst customer service EVER). Via chat, I contacted DirectDeals and they sent me a new product code and link directly from their site that worked perfectly. Thank goodness.

I really appreciate that they stood behind their product and provided excellent customer service.

Purchased $500 in software, never received it. If you want to order from them try calling their "24x7" support number first... no one ever answers it.

Item purchased not delivered. Tracking shows stuck in mobile. Called facility and they had no information. Item was scheduled to be delivered today 3/28/23.

If you are looking for a place to buy stuff online, I would highly recommend Direct Deals. I ordered the wrong product but their customer service was great.
