I bought back from them in 2017 a diagnose tool for 2 BMW that I look after. No problem until today and i hope no problem in the future.
The only issue I had at the time was to activate diagnose sofware I got as well from them. I had to leave the laptop over night for they're specialists activate a licence, because of local time difference couple of time I could not get hold of anyone to fix the issue.. but they fixed once for all.

Never buy from them. I asked about delivery time and they said 7 wirking days. Item goes from china and if I will be lucky I grt item for 3 months.

Cardiagtool is BAD company, I bought bought DAF VCI lite from them, three months later device failed. I contacted them and they asked me to ship back for repair, I did it. They want me to send it back. That's alright with me, but it cost about 160$ for me. I can't make them understand that. They should pay for the return not me.
This is the worst company in the world. Do newer buy anything from them. All they do is taking your money.

VXTRUCK V8 механизм, обещает, что это устройство выполняет множество функций и стабильно работает со всеми этими программами диагностики, в действительности она не работает вообще.
Я пытался в течение года, чтобы переустановить программу, потому что я думаю, что проблема программ, но в конце концов понял, что проблема заключается в том же устройстве, пи для подключения любой из автомобилей не увенчались успехом.
      Я послал дефектный продукт назад, но деньги до сих пор не вернулся, все время всякие оговорки, которые еще не были выполнены.
     Очень плохой продукт, и очень плохое отношение к клиенту.
