"Fraud"

Fraud! They keep overcharging me for missed classes. I have now cancelled the service and they keep charging me. This is the 3rd time I am requesting my credit card for a refund.

No issues so far! My daughter developed interest in coding after we switched her from code ninja to geek edu. She has made great progress.

This is coding class online so suck.they taken money on time,but when my son had a class online with instructor they never on time.they not give us call or Email when instructors not show up.we try call them and Email them but we don’t have any respond from them in 2 weeks.so bad

"Do not recommend"

I would like to express my frustration with the recent experiences with Geekedu. Unfortunately, there have been no lessons for three consecutive weeks due to instructor no-shows. Despite being informed each time that a new instructor has been found, the same issue persists. We understand the challenges of finding a replacement on weekends, and we have been accommodating by allowing three chances. But at this point, we are done. Please refund and cancel the service.

My son has really enjoyed his classes with Joe. Thanks to Joe’s knowledge and patience, we have noticed a huge improvement in our son. He actually enjoys the classes! We started classes during Covid and just never stopped.

The customer service is amazing. They answer your emails pretty quick there is always some to talk to when you call. Pretty flexible when it comes to rescheduling. You can always get trial classes to figure out which one you want to go with. Instructors are amazing with kids. Very patient and knowledgeable.
