"Not what I expected from past appointments."

I had previously used DOC to get my license renewed and was pleased. In the past, consultations were punctual, thorough, and pleasant. I felt like I was getting my money's worth. However, this time the MD was not Dr. Boucher that I met with (virtual appt.). It was Dr. Bugailiskis. It was a horrible experience and one that I regretted spending extra money than the $50 services available elsewhere. She was late, terse, and rude. I had less than a 5-minute consult. I do not recommend Dr. B.

They’re very thorough about the process. They even do all the paper work for you if you decide to go that route. I’ve gone through them twice once for my first card and then for renewal and it was so easy I definitely recommend them
