Lovely knowledgeable staff, very polite, nice experience visiting this shop, prices are very good and top notch animals, a pleasure to visit.

We recently bought a Leopard Gecko from Riverview Reptiles, along with the equipment needed to happily home it. The staff have all been fantastic, with me and my young son. Sometimes we have simply browsed the animals and other times asked questions about our set-up as we have built it up over the past month. They have gone out of their way to be helpful and supportive, without ever pressuring us. The friendly and knowledgeable staff have given us great confidence and we are looking forward to updating them on when we next go in for supplies!

Excellent service everytime we have visited! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The shop is imacculate as is all the exotic animals they breed and care for.
We bought the complete setup for a bearded dragon and the bearded dragon too for our sons 16th birthday. To say he is absolutely over the moon is an understatement!!!
The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions you have about the initial set up of the vivarium with the uvb and light positioning etc as we are new to this.
We can and have easily contacted them via their Facebook messenger site with swift replies.
They have also was given us the details of a vet that has been specifically trained and is very knowledgeable in reptiles.
A big bonus too if you go off on holiday they offer excellent boarding prices and all you do is just take the dragon as they have all the gear to look after your pet. We will definitely use this service if we go away and have the peace of mind that our beardy would have the best of care being 100%.
We've been to a few reptile shops but this shop is at the top for us and we would highly recommend a worthwhile a trip to take a look.

Went to Riverview Reptiles as a complete novice but Lisa was fantastic in her support and advice. She helped me to understand how a gecko would fit into my context and helped to overcome any issues.

Lisa, at Riverview Reptiles knows so much and is always happy to advice and answer any questions. Not only is she professional and friendly, she offers everything you could need! Lisa found and sourced everything I would need to set up my vivarium, including finding me the perfect baby chameleon (Monty). I felt very confident taking him home as she provided a thorough care guide with clear instructions, and is always happy to answer any questions. I get all of my bugs from Lisa and they are always healthy and well packaged.

Once lockdown ends and I can get away again, I will be leaving Monty in her care using her boarding system.
