"Bad business practices"

Received a quote, reviewed the proof, and paid for the order. Then a month later I was contacted that THEY sent the wrong price. They informed me that it was incorrect and the remaining balance would need to be paid. I asked why they will not honor a quote THEY provided me. No answer to my question. Offered a refund and an "our bad" apology.

Bad business practices right there.
