"The worst company I've ever worked with. AVOID AT ALL COST"
This company of thieves have given me the worst customer experience I have ever had when working with a business. I simply wanted to return an order I made with them and get a refund. THATS IT. ALL I WANTED WAS A SIMPLE REFUND. However, Dan and Liz have lied through their teeth to me through this entire process. It amazes me that anyone would hire these clowns.
I had to call them on 6 separate occasions just to get a return slip even sent to me. SIX!!!! Each call before that telling me that they would send it to me by the end of the day. What a load of **** that was. I had to call them EVERYDAY until they finally did their job EVEN THOUGH they have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
After I sent back the unopened, undamaged, completely fine products, still not a dime has been returned to me. Even after I called Dan back asking where my refund is. Still nothing. These people are liars and thieves.
Avoid this tragic excuse for a business at all costs. Don't even risk it. The reason you're even looking here is because your gut is giving you a bad feeling about them. Trust your gut.

I cant even begin to explain the horrible customer service and the incompetentcy of this company and the manager "Dan." They clearly don't care about their customers after they take your money. I got the run around for weeks just for Dan to be disrespectful and condescending. Thats what you get for giving this company your business.
