"Avoid at all costs!"

Totally unprofessional and, honestly, just a complete joke of a "company". Extremely rude staff and very unapproachable as if they don't want your business and are offended that you visited their little shop.

Aside from their total lack of common courtesy, I had to wait 50 minutes for the one set of plates I ordered that was supposedly meant to take "15 minutes". I was then further disappointed to see scratches on my "brand new" plate as well as bits of glue sticking out all around the edges which took some time getting off in my own time. Proper bodge up comedians!

Complete waste of time and money and would recommend going into main Birmingham City or ordering online from a proper place for any number plate needs to avoid being disappointed. They will not accommodate any of your concerns or questions once you have made your payment to them so beware!
